As the primary leader for the administration function, you will ensure a well-supported, accountable, and efficient team. This position also provides second-in-command support to the Clinic Manager, with prospects for advancement into wider operational leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, coaching, and development for a team of 10–12 administrators
  • Establish clear performance standards, accountability measures, and cultivate a positive team culture
  • Oversee workload distribution and resource management to maximize team effectiveness
  • Foster robust relationships with senior stakeholders and clinical staff
  • Assist the Clinic Manager with daily operational challenges
  • Handle escalated complaints and oversee quality assurance processes

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of leadership experience, preferably in a service-oriented setting, and demonstrate commercial insight and resilience. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential to confidently engage with senior and qualified professionals.

  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in service-focused environments
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, guide, and enforce accountability
  • Strong commercial acumen and sound judgement
  • Confidence in collaborating with senior-level and clinical stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Capability to interpret complex information for effective decision-making
  • Adept at establishing team direction and culture quickly
  • Proficient in systems management, ideally with CRM or process-oriented platforms

A background in clinical or healthcare settings is advantageous but not mandatory; the emphasis is on leadership and navigating complex, client-centric environments.

Benefits and Work Conditions

  • Generous leave entitlement of 5 weeks per year
  • Opportunities for discretionary bonus and wellbeing incentives
  • Parking facilities provided
  • Flexible working hours between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM
