Job description
Role Overview
The P&C Coordinator serves as a pivotal figure within the People & Culture (P&C) team, facilitating seamless day-to-day functions related to the full employee lifecycle. This role focuses on ensuring operational accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency throughout all processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and manage onboarding and offboarding processes including all pertinent employee documentation.
- Maintain precise records, update HR systems, and generate relevant reports.
- Assist with recruitment processes through effective coordination activities.
- Draft employment letters and contracts while supporting the administration of policies and procedures.
- Serve as a welcoming and approachable first contact point for all P&C related inquiries.
Qualifications and Attributes
- Demonstrated work experience in P&C or HR Coordinator or Administrator roles.
- Excellent administrative skills coupled with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to confidently juggle multiple tasks and manage diverse stakeholder expectations.
- Exhibits sound judgement, maintains discretion, and works well collaboratively.
