About the Role

If you have a passion for retail, this opportunity is for you! We are seeking an Apprentice Retail Sales Assistant to join a dynamic team, where each day brings new challenges and experiences. This role involves working closely with colleagues to create a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring customers leave with a smile. You will play a key role in maintaining the immaculate standards of the store while engaging with the local community and offering attractive deals.

Training Details

Your apprenticeship training will occur entirely on the shop floor over a 12-month period — no college days or homework. Once completed, you will undergo a discussion based on your experiences and a practical observation of your performance. Continuous support will be provided by both your team and tutor to help you accomplish the Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship certification.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must possess at least a grade 4/C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths. Scottish candidates may have National 4 qualifications.
• Applicants should not be engaged in any current educational program and must be available for full-time shifts.
• Candidates who have not previously completed a Retail Apprenticeship are eligible.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the UK.
• Ideal for individuals new to retail experience.
