About the Role

This position is based at Link's Falkirk office with required travel to multiple sites. The role involves working 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday, providing high-quality electrical services within the Reactive Maintenance team of C~urb 6 Property Maintenance, part of Link Group. Responsibilities include all aspects of electrical work for properties managed or owned by Link Group and associated organizations, with particular emphasis on smoke alarm inspections and upgrades complying with new Scottish Government legislation.

Role Requirements

  • Relevant NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds qualification (or equivalent) in electrical work.
  • City & Guilds 2382 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations certification.
  • Health & Safety certification such as ECS card.
  • Proven experience in a similar electrician role, including fault diagnosis and rectification of electrical installations and appliances.
  • Ability to produce technical written reports.
  • Knowledge of traditional and modern construction methods, materials, and installations.
  • Understanding of Health and Safety legislation and a strong commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Full UK driving licence required due to travel across operational areas.
