Salary and Compensation

Earn £16.22 per hour with an overtime pay rate of £19.00 per hour. Based on a 42-hour workweek, estimated annual earnings are £35,424, rising to approximately £43,848 including overtime.

Work Environment

The Aberhill depot operates 83 buses across Fife, Edinburgh, Glasgow, and Dundee with a team of 163 drivers. Key Responsibilities

• Operate the bus fleet safely and confidently.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to passengers of all backgrounds.

• Work flexible shifts including day, middle, and late shifts, encompassing mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid PCV licence.
• Right to work in the UK is required.
• Demonstrate patience, safe and courteous driving habits.
• Exhibit a positive demeanor and a passion for excellent customer service.
• Be eager to learn and collaborate within a team environment.
