Internship Role and Responsibilities

The operations intern will support GEMA's student competitions by managing award distribution logistics. Daily tasks involve verifying and packaging certificates, trophies, and informational brochures, affixing accurate address labels for dispatch, and coordinating shipments to schools with shipping partners.

Candidate Eligibility

Must be available for a full-time, on-site internship based at the warehouse located in Amrapali Zodiac, Sector 120, Noida.
Should be able to commence between August 19, 2026, and September 23, 2026.
Availability for a six-month commitment is required.
Relevant skills, especially proficiency in MS Excel, and a keen interest in the role are essential.

Additional Details

This role requires working in the office; remote work is not an option.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
Upon successful transition to a permanent position, the expected annual salary ranges from ₹210,000 to ₹240,000.

Remuneration and Perks

Monthly stipend ranges from ₹8,000 to ₹10,000.
Interns will receive a certificate of completion, a letter of recommendation, and potential for a job offer.
