About the Internship
This internship offers an opportunity to engage closely with EkStep's mission of enhancing access to learning opportunities across India. As an intern, you will play a critical role in managing day-to-day operational activities alongside the program team, helping to ensure the effective implementation of educational programs within schools. Your role will also involve collecting and analyzing feedback from schools and various stakeholders to enhance quality and service delivery. You will be entrusted with independently overseeing the assigned schools' programs, ensuring smooth operation and activity execution. Additionally, you'll conduct research initiatives to expand EkStep’s program reach by onboarding new schools.

Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum six months’ experience in tutoring or working within a school or NGO environment.
- Proven communication and interpersonal abilities to establish trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management competencies, capable of prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Fluency in English and Kannada is required.
