Responsibilities
- Assist the HR team by identifying candidates through job portals and other sourcing channels.
- Conduct initial resume screening aligned with job specifications.
- Manage communication and scheduling of interviews with candidates.
- Keep recruitment data organized using MS Excel trackers.
- Support job postings and interact with applicants during the recruitment cycle.
- Maintain accurate candidate documentation and records.
- Contribute to daily recruitment tasks and progress reporting.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills coupled with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient coordination and follow-up skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail in managing tasks and documentation.
- Capability to handle multiple assignments concurrently.
- Proactive mindset with eagerness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of talent acquisition and recruitment workflows.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and candidate scheduling processes.
- Understanding of sourcing via job portals and LinkedIn.
- MBA candidates from reputable or tier 2 institutes preferred, either currently enrolled or recently graduated.
- Immediate availability is advantageous.
- Residents of or near Noida/Delhi NCR encouraged to apply.
- Prior interest or experience in recruitment is a plus.
Eligibility Criteria
This opportunity is open exclusively to candidates who can commit to a full-time, in-office internship in Noida for three months, starting between August 14, 2026 and September 18, 2026, possessing relevant skills and interests.
