About the internship
Internship Overview
This internship focuses on providing hands-on experience in the human resources domain, particularly in recruitment processes and candidate screening. Interns will assist in evaluating communication skills, conducting preliminary interviews, and managing end-to-end hiring operations. Proper training on lead generation through social media platforms will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Support recruitment activities from initial screening to scheduling interviews.
- Assess candidate communication abilities and other eligibility factors.
- Conduct first-round telephonic interviews and facilitate onward processing.
- Generate candidate leads through social media channels with supplied training.
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment workflows and processes.
- Eligible and interested interns may receive pre-placement offers and full-time job opportunities.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Available to work from home for a 3-month period starting between August 14, 2026, and September 18, 2026.
- Possess relevant skills and genuine interest in human resources.
- Fluency in English communication (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Preference will be given to candidates from North, East, and West regions of India.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend totaling ₹12,000, comprised of ₹6,000 fixed pay and ₹6,000 incentive pay.
- Internship certificate and a letter of recommendation will be awarded upon completion.
