Overview
The Conscious Humanity Network Foundation (CHNF), a global non-profit aggregator incorporated as a Section 8 company under Indian law, seeks enthusiastic interns to support its fundraising efforts. CHNF brings together non-profit ecosystem participants worldwide on a unified platform, providing their products, services, and community interactions via websites and mobile apps. This internship offers the opportunity to contribute to funding initiatives for diverse global projects alongside a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the creation and execution of fundraising strategies for CHNF’s programs and projects.
- Coordinate events and campaigns aimed at donor outreach and relationship management.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop persuasive fundraising content and communication plans.
- Take charge of driving fundraising efforts to fulfill and surpass set financial targets.
- Maintain precise donor data and contribution records for accurate tracking.
- Innovate with creative fundraising concepts and initiatives.
- Work cooperatively with team members to align with broader organizational goals.
Applicant Eligibility and Requirements
- Applicants must be available for remote work and able to begin between August 19 and September 23, 2026.
- Availability commitment is for a 6-month period.
- Candidates should have relevant interests and skills in fundraising and related areas.

- Applicants must be at least 20 years old, with age verification required.
Compensation and Incentives
- Monthly stipend ranges from INR 3,000 to INR 19,000, combining a fixed portion (INR 2,000-4,000) with performance incentives (INR 1,000-15,000).
- Commission structure based on individual donations:
- 3% for donations up to INR 5 lakh
- 4% for donations between INR 5,00,001 to 10 lakh
- 5% for donations from INR 10,00,001 to 25 lakh
- 6% for donations between INR 25,00,001 to 50 lakh
- 7% for donations exceeding INR 50 lakh
- If multiple contributors assist in securing a donation, percentage shares and eligibility are determined by the founder & CEO.
