About the Role
Join Gharpayy as a Flow Operations Associate intern in Bangalore, where you will play a key role in coordinating customer visits and facilitating seamless communication between prospective clients and on-site sales teams. Responsibilities
- Initiate communications such as calls or chats to engage qualified leads, scheduling and confirming site inspections.
- Maintain and manage shared calendars that synchronize appointments between customers and sales representatives.
- Provide clients with all necessary pre-visit information including location details, contact persons on-site, and visit guidelines.
- Perform mandatory confirmation calls two hours prior to the scheduled visits to ensure attendance and resolve any last-minute queries.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship based in Bangalore.
- Candidates should be able to commence the internship between August 21, 2026, and September 25, 2026.
- The internship duration is fixed at three months.
- Applicants must possess skills relevant to customer communication and coordination.
Compensation
The stipend ranges between ₹13,000 to ₹23,000 per month, comprising a fixed component of ₹11,000 to ₹15,000 and an incentive portion between ₹2,000 and ₹8,000 per month.
