MARS Cosmetics, an innovative color cosmetics company headquartered in Delhi, invites applications for an ERP/Functional Support Internship. This position is designed to assist the team in managing daily ERP operations and functional responsibilities, ensuring smooth business process flow with accurate data handling and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer foundational functional assistance to internal users regarding ERP questions and workflows.
- Gain an understanding of and contribute to daily core business processes within the ERP framework.
- Address user queries promptly and liaise with relevant teams to resolve ERP-related issues efficiently.
- Ensure precise maintenance and updating of ERP data and records.
- Compile reports and execute elementary data analysis leveraging MS Excel.
- Utilize Microsoft 365 suite—including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams—for daily operational tasks.
- Support ERP system testing, data validation, documentation efforts, and related procedural activities.
- Detect and relay both system and process anomalies to the appropriate teams.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation around processes, encountered issues, and resolutions.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional units, delivering timely status updates on ongoing challenges and activities.
- Assist in enhancing, streamlining, and standardizing the organization's functional processes.
Candidate Eligibility
- Must be available for a full-time, in-office internship period of 3 months.
- Should be able to begin between September 10, 2026, and October 15, 2026.
- Applicants must reside in Delhi, India.
- Applicants should possess relevant skills and a genuine interest aligned with the internship scope.

Compensation
A monthly stipend ranging between INR 14,000 and INR 15,000 will be provided.
