Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operations at the fulfillment center to ensure smooth workflows.
- Manage coordination of inventory control, order handling, packing, and dispatch activities.
- Monitor operational tasks to guarantee their timely and accurate completion.
- Organize and maintain operational records and relevant data systematically.
- Track inventory levels, identifying discrepancies or challenges affecting operations.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, delivery partners, customers, and internal teams to facilitate operations.
- Contribute ideas and efforts towards improving existing workflows and processes.
- Generate reports and analyze operational data to support decision-making.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend actionable solutions.
- Participate in research and planning for new business developments and initiatives.
- Assist in special projects relating to expansion and new ventures.
- Take full responsibility for assigned operational projects from initiation through completion.

Compensation & Benefits
