About the internship
Internship Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Fresher DevOps Engineer to become a part of our Infrastructure & DevOps team. Ideal applicants will possess a solid foundation in Linux operating systems, networking basics, cloud platforms, version control tools, and automated deployment processes. This internship offers hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, CI/CD workflow setups, Docker containerization, application monitoring, and deployment processes while fostering an understanding of contemporary DevOps methodologies.
Roles and Duties
- Provide support with Linux server management, particularly on Ubuntu, including troubleshooting tasks.
- Assist in application deployment activities and help resolve related challenges.
- Set up and supervise continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Engage with AWS cloud components such as EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, Route 53, CloudWatch, and security configurations.
- Oversee Git and GitHub repository management including branching, pull request handling, and merges.
- Configure and debug DNS, networking protocols, SSL certificates, and Nginx web server settings.
- Monitor server and application performance, analyzing CPU, memory, disk utilization, and system logs.
- Provide basic administration and maintenance for databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB, covering backup and restoration.
- Write automation scripts using Bash or Shell to streamline repetitive tasks.
- Manage scheduled tasks via Cron Jobs.
- Document deployment processes and maintain operational runbooks.
Candidate Requirements
- Must be available for full-time, on-site internship in Delhi.
- Able to commence the internship between August 19, 2026, and September 23, 2026.
- Willing to commit to a six-month internship period.
- Posses relevant technical skills focusing on Linux, cloud infrastructure, automation, and DevOps.
- Currently pursuing or completed B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a similar technical discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Passion for Linux systems, cloud computing, automation, and DevOps technology stacks.
- Motivated to learn emerging tools and technologies.
- Effective communication and collaborative teamwork skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment driven by product development.
