Customer Service/Customer Support Internship (Remote, Part-Time)

Join Tutedude, a startup founded by IIT Delhi alumni, devoted to revolutionizing personalized online learning. We are embarking on a mission to elevate skill acquisition beyond video courses by connecting learners with personal mentors across various disciplines such as coding, web development, app development, singing, entrepreneurship, and cinematography. We invite driven individuals to contribute towards this vision by taking on the role of a Customer Service/Support Intern.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle live inbound calls via the CRM system efficiently.
• Reach out proactively to interested leads, addressing their queries and guiding them through the decision-making process.
• Deliver timely and precise support responses for customer questions and concerns.
• Assist learners in resolving course-related concerns, enrollment challenges, and technical issues.
• Guide users through using the platform, including navigation and features.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate teams for further action.

Candidate Requirements

• Availability for remote work from home throughout the entire 6-month internship.
• Ability to commence work anytime between August 18, 2026 and September 22, 2026.
• Strong skills and interest in customer support functions.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and spoken Hindi.
• Basic understanding of the technology industry.

Financial and Additional Benefits

• Monthly stipend ranging from ₹7,001 to ₹8,002 including a fixed pay of ₹7,000–8,000 and a small incentive component of ₹1–2.
• A certificate of completion and a letter of recommendation upon successful internship completion.
