JP IT STAFFING LLC, a US-based staffing agency specializing in IT client needs, is seeking a motivated Chat Support Intern to work remotely. This position offers an excellent chance to work closely with clients by employing your skills in MS Excel and MS Office to deliver superior customer assistance. Effective communication through proficient spoken and written English is vital for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Provide prompt and accurate customer assistance via chat, resolving queries efficiently.
Use MS Excel to monitor and analyze customer data, maintaining precision and updated records.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to refine procedures and elevate customer satisfaction.
Exhibit professionalism and excellent customer service during every interaction.
Craft clear, well-written responses to customer inquiries.
Refer complex issues to relevant departments for resolution.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must be able to undertake a remote internship.
Availability to start between 16th August 2026 and 20th September 2026 is required.
Commitment to a 3-month internship duration.
Possession of relevant skills and genuine interest in the role.

Compensation and Perks

Monthly stipend ranging between ₹2,000 and ₹6,000, comprising a fixed portion of ₹1,000 to ₹3,000 plus incentives from ₹1,000 to ₹3,000.
Certificate awarded upon internship completion.
Work schedule of five days per week.
