Internship Overview
This role involves actively engaging with potential students to understand their career aspirations, providing them with detailed guidance on courses, and supporting their enrollment process. The intern will communicate effectively through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels, manage lead data, and collaborate with the sales team to meet targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage prospective students to grasp their professional objectives.
- Offer tailored course counseling and advice.
- Handle leads using phone calls, WhatsApp, and alternative platforms.
- Conduct consistent follow-ups with interested candidates to sustain communication.
- Clarify course components, advantages, and enrollment steps.
- Maintain organized records of leads and update sales tracking tools.
- Partner with the sales team to accomplish designated goals.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be willing to commit full-time to an in-office internship lasting six months, with start dates from August 27 to October 1, 2026. Suitable candidates have relevant skills and interest in business development, sales, and counseling. Freshers and students currently pursuing a graduate degree from any discipline are encouraged to apply.
Compensation and Benefits
A monthly stipend ranging from INR 16,000 to INR 17,000 will be provided. Additional benefits include a certificate upon completion and an informal dress code at the workplace.
