Role Summary
We are seeking a full-time Warehouse EPU based in Nagpur to lead and enhance our warehousing operations. You will be an essential part of a proactive and close-knit team focused on optimizing logistics within a progressive, high-tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the warehouse complies with all company Health, Safety, and Environmental policies.
- Oversee proper storage conditions and maintain material readiness to support production lines efficiently.
- Coordinate the alignment of physical and digital inventory flows within the warehouse system.
- Implement and refine ERP systems (preferably SAP) to streamline warehouse activities.
- Track and improve warehouse performance using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Lead, develop, and coach logistics operators, preparing tailored development plans.
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with third-party logistics providers to evaluate and elevate service performance.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum two years of managerial experience in a relevant field.
- Familiarity with ERP tools, with SAP preferred.
- Solid understanding of logistics procedures including inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation capabilities.
- Excellent problem-solving aptitude with the ability to prioritize and manage risks effectively.
