About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support daily facility operations across several locations to ensure efficient functioning.
• Oversee the performance and scheduling of onsite cleaners and drivers, maintaining high standards of service.
• Develop and keep facility-related reports and presentations current for internal and external communication.
• Serve as a liaison with Consortium partners and external vendors to align facility needs and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental protocols across facilities.
• Execute additional assignments as delegated by the Facility & Training Manager.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses a diploma or equivalent certification in facility management or a related field.
• Prior experience or strong familiarity with the scope and practices of facility management.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools like Excel and Word; experience with other software is advantageous.
• Skilled in supervising onsite operations related to facility upkeep.
• Holds a valid driving license and can travel within Riyadh as needed.
• Exhibits logical, well-organized thought processes and independent working habits.
• Demonstrates a proactive approach and accountability in task execution.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen attentively and incorporate feedback constructively.
