Telecom BIM Coordinator

About the Role

Join Alstom as a full-time Telecom BIM Coordinator based in Riyadh, contributing to innovative and sustainable transport solutions worldwide. Your role will be integral in managing the production, maintenance, and delivery of data and information throughout project lifecycles in the rail and infrastructure sector. You will collaborate closely with various departments such as Civil Work Design, Subsystem Installation, and System Validation, ensuring efficient coordination of systems and leading BIM integration and build meetings focused on resolving geometrical clashes and managing metadata.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement project BIM methodologies and processes to ensure collaborative data production and delivery.
• Oversee project modeling methods and BIM outputs across all project stages.
• Coordinate across multiple systems to maintain integration.
• Lead BIM and built environment integration design meetings.
• Monitor the delivery schedule for Civil Work and Subsystem installation BIM designs.
• Review submitted BIM models for interferences and ensure appropriate level of detail and quality.
• Support the management of design development and conduct technical validation checks of deliverables.

Candidate Profile

• Holds a degree in architecture, civil engineering, or a related field.
• Possesses at least five years of experience in BIM engineering or relevant technical roles within projects.
• Experience specifically in BIM coordination for large infrastructure or rail projects.
• Strong understanding of BIM processes and digital model coordination.
• Proficient with BIM coordination tools including Autodesk Navisworks, Autodesk Revit, and Civil 3D.
• Familiar with collaborative digital environments such as ProjectWise.
• Skilled in managing interactions across multiple technical disciplines with effective communication and coordination abilities.
