Task Associate

About the Role

As a Task Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and operational excellence by ensuring the store is well stocked, clean, and efficiently organized. This role supports sales efforts by handling merchandising and store maintenance tasks, helping create an inviting environment for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the store’s retail objectives by completing assigned tasks and ensuring products are available for customers.
• Meet operational and compliance goals, including timely completion of shipments, merchandise replenishment, inventory counts, and maintaining planograms and marketing displays.
• Maintain consistent attendance and adhere to company standards such as dress code and policies.
• Participate in regular training sessions focusing on product knowledge and professional growth.
• Maintain cleanliness across all store areas including sales floor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break spaces.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention procedures and delivering excellent guest service.
• Perform other operational duties as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Minimum of one year relevant work experience or an equivalent mix of education and experience is desirable.
• Familiarity with basic technology such as Point of Sale systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Work Conditions and Additional Details

• Flexibility to work various shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays.
• Physically demanding tasks requiring continuous movement, frequent standing, bending, pulling, pushing, reaching, twisting, and lifting or carrying up to 25 pounds.
