About the Role
If you have a passion for retail and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, this Apprentice Retail Sales Assistant position is perfect for you. You'll be part of a supportive team where every day brings new experiences. Responsibilities
As an apprentice, you'll engage with customers to ensure they have a positive shopping experience, connect with the community, and promote fantastic deals. You will play a key role in maintaining the store's visual appeal and customer satisfaction.
Training and Development
Your training will be conducted entirely within the store across the first 12 months—there are no college days or homework to worry about. Upon completing your training, you will participate in a review discussion and an observation to demonstrate your role capabilities. Throughout the apprenticeship, you will be supported by your team and tutor to successfully complete the Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum GCSE grade 4 (or C) in English and Maths; for Scottish applicants, National 4 equivalent.
- Currently not enrolled in any form of education and available for full-time shifts.
- No previous completion of a retail apprenticeship.
- Eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
- Entry-level candidate new to retail.
