About the Role
If you have a passion for retail, this is an excellent opportunity for you. We are seeking an Apprentice Retail Sales Assistant to become an integral part of our team at Savers Health Home & Beauty in South Duffield.
The day-to-day work is varied and dynamic. An ideal candidate embraces a positive, proactive approach and enjoys collaborating with colleagues. Your primary focus will be delivering exceptional customer service that leaves shoppers feeling satisfied and valued. You will also maintain high store standards to create an appealing shopping environment. As an Apprentice, you are seen as a future leader within Savers. Additionally, you will develop connections with the local community while helping customers discover the best offers available.
Training and Development
Your training will be conducted entirely on-site over the course of 12 months, with no requirement to attend college or complete homework assignments. Upon completion, you will participate in a review discussion based on your experience and demonstrate your competency through role observation. Throughout your apprenticeship, support will be provided both by your team and a dedicated tutor, working towards the Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship qualification.

Eligibility Criteria
- Have achieved at least a grade 4 / C GCSE (or equivalent); for Scotland, National 4's accepted.
- Not currently engaged in any form of education and available to work full-time shifts.
- Have not previously completed any retail apprenticeship program.
- Eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
- Are new to the retail sector.
