Role Overview
As a Store Manager Designate at Savers, you will oversee operations across various retail locations, ensuring the highest standards in customer service, sales, and auditing procedures. This role involves flexibility and willingness to travel between stores, with varying shift patterns including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain consistent standards across multiple stores.
- Ensure audit processes are correctly implemented and followed.
- Drive exceptional customer service and sales performance in line with high street benchmarks.
- Support neighboring stores to meet business requirements, acting as a local retail leader.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a valid driving licence and ability to travel between stores as required.
- Minimum of 2 years experience managing retail teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rewarding retail environment.
- People-centric leadership approach.
Additional Information
- Location: Designate Role requiring travel across multiple store sites.
- Working Hours: Full-time, 39 hours per week, with flexible shift patterns.
- Salary: £34,350 annually plus a lucrative bonus scheme.
- Holiday: Up to 33 days annual leave entitlement.
