Job Overview
Join our team in Worcestershire as a Cleaner focusing on asylum accommodation and support services. This role involves ensuring that accommodation properties remain clean, safe, and inviting for asylum seekers. Your efforts will aid individuals and families during their asylum process by upholding high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of dispersed residential accommodations and communal spaces to agreed standards.
- Use a company vehicle to travel between multiple sites while performing cleaning duties.
- Ensure that properties are hygienic, secure, and prepared for occupancy.
- Identify and report any maintenance or property-related issues during site visits.
- Adhere to health and safety protocols and safe work practices consistently.
- Maintain environments that promote residents' wellbeing and pride in appearance.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience cleaning domestic or similar residential properties.
- Valid UK driving licence is essential for use of company vehicle.
- Ability to work independently with effective workload management skills.
- Good communication abilities and basic proficiency in IT.
- Dependable, proactive approach with commitment to high standards.
- Experience with cleaning larger or shared households is favorable.

- Flexible working hours, 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 6:00pm.
