Role Overview

Join the team at Bisham Abbey, Marlow, SL7 1RR, as a Housekeeper, where your efforts will contribute to a clean, secure, and inviting environment for all guests, visitors, and the local community. Your contributions will directly support the high standards maintained across the site, enhancing individuals' experiences in sports, leisure, and accommodation facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute a variety of cleaning tasks including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, dusting, polishing, and trash disposal across designated zones.
• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep in sports areas, conference rooms, accommodation units, and communal locations to a superior standard.
• Prepare rooms and amenities meticulously for guests and visitors.
• Maintain stringent hygiene standards when cleaning showers, changing rooms, and bathroom facilities.
• Participate in specialized cleaning when necessary, such as carpet treatment, descaling, and window washing.
• Manage safe storage of cleaning materials and collaborate with team members by fulfilling additional reasonable duties as needed.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in cleaning, housekeeping, hospitality, or accommodation settings.
• Dependable, motivated, flexible and works well within a team environment.
• Exceptionally detail-oriented with a passion for maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Customer-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekend rotations.

Work Schedule and Location

The position offers part-time (16 hours) or full-time (40 hours) opportunities, with flexible shifts available Monday through Sunday according to business requirements.

Compensation

Salary ranges from £12.71 to £13.20 per hour dependent on skill set and experience.
