Job description
Role Overview
Join a dynamic Agile DevOps team as a Senior Salesforce Developer, contributing both hands-on development and functional solution design to enhance a key enterprise platform. This platform supports field workforce management, case management, CRM, and survey data collection, aiming to scale and modernise our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Create custom solutions with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and advanced Flow configurations.
- Implement declarative Salesforce features, including record pages, validation rules, and automation workflows.
- Convert intricate business needs into scalable, secure Salesforce architectures.
- Oversee CI/CD pipelines, manage automated deployments, platform improvements, and bug fixes.
- Develop user interfaces that comply with modern digital accessibility and governmental guidelines.
- Engage with stakeholders to refine requirements and optimize platform capabilities.
Required Skills and Experience
- Salesforce Certified Administrator and Platform App Builder credentials.
- Extensive technical and functional experience with Service Cloud, Omni-Channel, and Field Service.
- Proficiency in writing production-quality Apex code, custom LWCs, and complex Flow automations.
- Experience in managing Salesforce deployment processes, including CI/CD tool usage and version control.
- Strong communication skills paired with a client-centric design philosophy.
- Dedication to software quality standards, accessibility, and timely project delivery.
Additional Information
- Preferred location: Wellington, New Zealand; candidates in Auckland or Christchurch will also be considered.
- Work arrangement includes onsite presence with two days remote work per week.
