Reconciliation Analyst

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Reconciliation Analyst based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to manage and oversee financial reconciliation activities related to various payment channels. This role demands vigilance in identifying discrepancies and ensuring timely resolution in accordance with policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily reconciliation for payment transactions such as POS, card payments, digital payments, and other channels.
• Analyze and detect inconsistencies between internal records, bank statements, and third-party reports and assist in their resolution.
• Track and escalate unresolved reconciliation exceptions promptly.
• Maintain thorough and precise records including reconciliation data, supporting documents, and transaction logs.
• Assist with settlement processes related to payment systems like Sadad and SARIE under guidance.
• Prepare comprehensive reconciliation and settlement reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and compliance requirements throughout reconciliation tasks.
• Provide necessary reconciliation information and documentation to support audits and compliance inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external entities to address reconciliation and settlement challenges.
• Participate in enhancing reconciliation procedures to promote accuracy in financial records.

Required Qualifications

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• Holding relevant professional certifications is an advantage.
• A minimum of two years of experience in financial reconciliation or related fields is required.
