Position Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of a single Panda Express restaurant. This role involves hiring, guiding, and supervising team members to meet financial objectives and deliver top-tier guest experiences. To equip you for success, a comprehensive store leadership training spanning three or more weeks will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing all facets of store operations, including team hiring and training.
- Lead and direct associates to achieve financial and customer service goals.
- Ensure the overall success of the store through effective management strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- Flexibility to relocate within a 50-mile radius if necessary.
- Availability to work varied schedules, including openings, closings, weekends, evenings, and holidays based on business demands.
- Serve Safe certification in food safety is required.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, physically demanding environments, including standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and operating kitchen equipment safely.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
The work setting involves exposure to heat from steam tables and cooking equipment, noise, limited storage, and confined spaces. Team members must perform quick, accurate tasks and communicate effectively while managing changing priorities and potential workplace conflicts.
