Key Responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager, you will oversee the operations of a single restaurant location. Your duties include recruiting, managing, and directing employees to meet financial targets while ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction. To equip you for success, we provide a comprehensive leadership training program lasting at least three weeks.

Qualifications and Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Willingness to relocate to any store within a 50-mile radius of your residence
- Ability to work flexible shifts including opening and closing times, evenings, weekends, and holidays according to business demands
- Certification in Food Safety (Serve Safe)
Work Environment and Physical Demands
This role requires working in environments with heat and steam near food preparation areas, standing for prolonged periods, and handling kitchen equipment such as cook knives. Employees must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and functioning efficiently in a fast-paced, noisy kitchen setting with limited storage and high shelving. Strong verbal communication, adaptability, and conflict management skills are essential.

Compensation
