Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests by name to foster a positive first impression.
• Deliver high-quality service in line with the company's Standard Operations Manual.
• Administer professional massage therapies and body treatments as described in the Standard Training Manual.
• Ensure all treatment equipment is maintained and functional at all times.
• Provide knowledgeable responses to guest inquiries about services and explain treatment benefits effectively.
• Assist with demonstrations and special events as necessary.
• Participate actively in training and refresher programs.
• Maintain accurate entries in the Therapist Log Book.
• Complete assigned tasks by deadlines as directed by the spa manager or supervisor.
• Adapt as per company-driven changes.

Qualifications

• Possession of a certificate in massage therapy.
• Prior experience working in a spa setting.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic communication.
• Excellent personal grooming and hygiene standards.
• A positive, enthusiastic attitude with eagerness to learn.
