About the Role
Join Krispy Kreme's manufacturing hub located in Naas, County Kildare, the center of doughnut production serving all of Ireland. Our factory team is fast-paced, cooperative, and committed to delivering freshly made doughnuts daily to nationwide stores and cabinets. This full-time position offers a salary of €42,500.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire your team throughout your evening shifts
- Ensure production goals, quality control, and food safety standards are achieved consistently
- Implement and uphold company policies and operational standards on the factory floor
- Address daily challenges confidently while supporting your team
- Act as the senior leader on-site whenever the Site Manager is unavailable
- Work a 45-hour week across five evening shifts between 5:00 AM and 2:00 PM
Candidate Profile
- Experience in food manufacturing or bakery environments is preferred
- Previous leadership roles in FMCG or manufacturing sectors are desirable
- Strong communication abilities and proficient IT skills
- A passion for continuous process improvement and talent development
