Job Summary

This opportunity is for a General Manager position in a restaurant operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald's branding and products. The franchisee is solely responsible for all employment-related decisions including hiring, discipline, and scheduling. About the Role

The General Manager oversees the entire restaurant's operations, working to achieve profitability while maintaining McDonald's strict standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. This role involves collaborating with leadership to establish and pursue restaurant goals.

Key Responsibilities

The GM leads a team of Assistant and Shift Managers by assisting them in setting their targets, monitoring their progress, and providing coaching to enhance departmental performance. Additionally, the GM is responsible for recruiting and developing managerial staff to ensure a strong leadership pipeline.

Candidate Profile

Ideal applicants have prior experience managing high-volume establishments, preferably in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail sectors. Candidates must be at least 18 years old to hold managerial positions in corporate-owned locations.
