Role Overview
The Content Moderator role involves active participation in shift schedules, including night shifts, ensuring compliance with internet regulations and online content safety trends. The position demands strong teamwork, communication proficiency, self-driven motivation, and prompt response and feedback cycles.
Key Responsibilities
- Commit to assigned shifts, inclusive of three distinct shifts and overnight schedules.
- Maintain up-to-date understanding of internet legislation and trends related to online content security.
- Demonstrate excellent team collaboration, effective communication skills, and deliver timely feedback.
- Exhibit patience, responsibility, quick decision-making and implementation capabilities, with resilience under pressure.
- Utilize English efficiently as both spoken and written working language.
- Proficiently operate computers and Microsoft Office applications, maintaining high attention to detail.
