Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Content Moderator to join our team at our Ho Chi Minh City office. The ideal candidate should effectively oversee and manage online content while ensuring compliance with relevant internet laws and trends related to content security.
Key Responsibilities
- Accept and manage various shifts including three shifts and night schedules.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of internet regulations and stay updated on trends impacting online content safety.
- Exhibit strong teamwork abilities, clear communication skills, self-driven motivation, and provide prompt feedback.
- Demonstrate patience, calmness, and a solid sense of responsibility; react quickly and implement required actions under pressure.
- Communicate proficiently in English, both spoken and written, to facilitate workflow.
- Confidently use computers and MS Office tools, ensuring meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.
