Client Relationship Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and compelling Client Relationship Executive to engage with parents and guardians, articulating the benefits of our child casting services and fostering enduring client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective leads and manage follow-ups pertaining to child casting opportunities.
• Clearly communicate details about our services, audition procedures, and registration terms to parents.
• Develop and sustain strong connections with clients to ensure trust and satisfaction.
• Successfully convert inquiries into paid memberships or registrations.
• Address client questions, concerns, and objections with professionalism and empathy.
• Document all communications, leads, and successful conversions accurately using Sheets.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams including casting, operations, and shoot coordination departments.
• Ensure prompt follow-up and continuous engagement with clients throughout the process.
