Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Process Artisan to join our team at Coca-Cola Beverages Africa in Phoenix, KwaZulu-Natal. This role centers on ensuring optimal machine performance through mechanical and electrical expertise, maintenance execution, and technical support aligned with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues effectively to minimize downtime.
• Conduct preventive and autonomous maintenance tasks ensuring continuous equipment functionality.
• Perform machine setup, execute changeovers, and optimize production equipment for efficiency.
• Employ technical problem-solving skills to resolve operational challenges promptly.
• Carry out precise equipment calibration and conduct necessary testing to maintain standards.
• Analyze root causes of failures and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain quality and process controls aligned with organizational standards.
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Record preventive maintenance notifications and meticulously update maintenance logs.
• Provide comprehensive technical support during line start-up and shutdown procedures.
