Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose areas where organizational skills or processes are weak, inconsistent, or lacking.
- Design systemic solutions targeting underlying issues instead of superficial fixes.
- Streamline or discontinue initiatives that do not tangibly enhance practices.
- Create and maintain learning systems tied directly to everyday work demands including onboarding, role changes, standards adoption, and career growth.
- Implement evidence-based learning strategies that acknowledge operational constraints.
- Clarify expectations, define learning pathways, and provide clear examples to lessen dependence on impromptu training.
- Champion and enforce professional standards uniformly across teams and projects.
- Collaborate with leadership to set clear benchmarks for quality, delivery, and conduct.
- Promote structured learning cycles from experience including reflection and ongoing improvement.
- Develop communities of practice for cross-role and cross-discipline collaboration.
- Facilitate peer-to-peer knowledge sharing that supports measurable improvements in delivery outcomes.
Candidate Profile
- Extensive background in learning, organizational development, or roles focused on building capability.
- Proven ability to work credibly with senior technical and delivery leadership.
- Experience within complex environments focused on delivering tangible results.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and adapting to evolving organizational priorities.
