Role Overview

We are seeking Senior Platform Engineers to contribute to the architecture, delivery, and scalability of cloud infrastructure supporting enterprise contact centers. This role offers experienced engineers the chance to engage in automation, adopt cloud-centric mindsets, and gain hands-on expertise with VoIP/SIP and contact center technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust Linux-based platforms supporting customer contact services.
• Drive automation, monitoring, and deployment enhancements using CI/CD and GitOps methodologies.
• Provide troubleshooting and production support within a 24/7 high-availability setting.
• Work alongside seasoned engineers to deepen knowledge of SIP, VoIP, and telephony systems.
• Engage in agile development cycles, conduct code reviews, and optimize platform performance.
• Create and update documentation and incident response runbooks.

Experience and Skills Required

• Minimum of five years’ experience in platform, cloud, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering roles.
• Proficiency with Linux and container orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP, and associated monitoring tools.
• Enthusiasm to learn about contact center solutions like Genesys, Amazon Connect, and Avaya for developing complex routing strategies.
• Experience maintaining production environments in regulated or enterprise contexts.
• Competence in scripting languages such as Python or Bash and strong system debugging abilities.
• Exposure to CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Ansible, and Git is advantageous.
