About the Role

Babbidge Construction Company, serving Connecticut's private institutional and commercial sectors on smaller to mid-sized projects, is seeking a dedicated Biller. This role is vital in supporting our Controller and ensuring the monthly billing cycle progresses efficiently. Responsibilities

• Manage billing for construction projects featuring various contract types.
• Calculate sales tax accurately.
• Allocate burdens appropriately according to project needs.
• Maintain and apply rate tables effectively.
• Set up new projects in billing systems.
• Analyze construction contracts thoroughly.
• Verify data consistency through Procore software.

Qualifications

• Experience or familiarity with construction industry billing procedures.
• Knowledge of AIA contract documentation.
• Understanding diverse billing methodologies.
• Proficiency with Procore and Sage Intacct platforms is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with leadership qualities.
