Role Overview

The Fin website is the company's primary brand platform and the leading generator of leads for demand generation. This platform operates at the nexus of awareness, marketing, demand, and customer support, requiring a robust, high-performance infrastructure coupled with polished and intuitive user-facing interfaces.

We invite a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join Team Web who is passionate about building seamless front-end experiences and robust backend systems. The role encompasses full-stack development responsibilities, including UI design and infrastructure management while collaborating closely with product marketers, designers, and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain end-to-end web solutions spanning modern user interfaces, backend services, APIs, and supporting infrastructure.
• Partner with design, branding, marketing, and content teams to deliver smooth, efficient experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Develop backend logic, APIs, data integration flows, and connect with third-party services.
• Enhance website performance by employing best practices in front-end engineering such as lazy loading and effective asset management.
• Configure and maintain infrastructure using tools including Vercel, AWS services, Cloudfront, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines like CircleCI.
• Implement web analytics frameworks and facilitate A/B testing to enable data-informed decision making.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development methodologies and user experience.
• Write backend software capable of independently managing features end-to-end without blockers.
• Utilize top-tier AI-powered developer tools to reduce friction and focus on impactful problem-solving.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of eight years’ experience in full-stack software development with strong competencies in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Expertise in front-end frameworks such as React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.
• Experience working with content management systems like Contentful and Sanity, alongside marketing tools such as Google Tag Manager and Marketo.
• Proficient in continuous integration and deployment tools including CircleCI.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform and cloud platforms including AWS (Vercel, CloudFront, S3, etc.).
• Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and analytics tools to drive design and development decisions by data.
• Capability in optimizing website performance for fast, responsive user experiences.
• Experience creating and maintaining front-end component tests using frameworks like Jest, Mocha, and Cypress.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to operate independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline or equivalent practical experience.
