Overview

We are looking for a skilled Zoho Developer with deep expertise in Zoho CRM to architect, customize, automate, and integrate essential CRM solutions across the Zoho platform. The successful candidate must combine strong technical proficiency in Deluge scripting, Zoho CRM APIs, and integration methodologies with a sound understanding of sales, finance, and operational domains, and be capable of converting business needs into scalable CRM architectures.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design and customize Zoho CRM components including modules, layouts, fields, and their relationships to align with internal business workflows in sales, finance, and operations.
• Create and maintain automation features using workflow rules, blueprints, approval chains, schedules, and custom functions to optimize various business activities.
• Develop and enhance Deluge scripts for validation, automatic processes, and complex logic within CRM and other Zoho applications.
• Establish integrations between Zoho CRM and other Zoho products such as Zoho Books, Creator, People, Analytics, and external systems by utilizing REST APIs, webhooks, and Zoho Flow.
• Build custom functions, establish connections, and create widgets similar to those found in marketplaces to expand CRM functionalities beyond default configurations.
• Configure and support reports, dashboards, and analytics tools to provide stakeholders clear insights into sales pipelines, revenues, and operational metrics.
• Ensure data quality through deduplication, validation logic, mapping fields appropriately, and managing controlled import/export and migration processes.
• Implement strict access controls including role/profile-based permissions, data-sharing protocols, and security best practices across CRM.
• Diagnose and fix issues within existing CRM automations, integrations, and customizations to maintain dependable system performance.
• Document technical specifications for CRM modules, workflows, data models, and integrations comprehensively.
• Work closely with multiple teams to analyze requirements and contribute to automation and digital transformation strategies.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years practical experience in Zoho CRM development and administration.
• Expertise in Deluge scripting including writing clean, reusable, and well-commented code.
• Thorough knowledge of Zoho CRM automation features such as workflow rules, blueprints, approvals, schedules, and custom functions.
• Strong grasp of Zoho CRM REST API, connections, webhooks, and Zoho Flow for integration purposes, with experience using tools like Postman or scripting languages.
• Hands-on experience integrating Zoho CRM with Zoho Books, Creator, Analytics, or other Zoho applications to facilitate cross-system workflows.
• Good understanding of CRM data modeling, relationships between modules, and access control through user roles or profiles.
• Ability to analyze and translate business workflows into detailed technical specifications.
• Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, or other web technologies considered beneficial.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing enterprise-scale or multi-team Zoho CRM setups.
• Knowledge of Zoho Catalyst, Sigma, client scripting, or CRM widget creation is an advantage.
• Exposure to CRM data migration, sandbox-to-production deployments, and version/change management practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working collaboratively with cross-department teams.
