Job Overview

We are actively looking for enthusiastic and motivated Housekeeping staff who excel at offering superior customer service and innovative solutions to our guests. This role is located at Park Rotana & Park Arjaan Abu Dhabi hotels.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect soiled linen from pantries and transfer it to laundry facilities.
• Retrieve clean linen from laundry and replenish pantries efficiently.
• Respond promptly to guest requests including providing irons, ironing boards, dental kits, and similar items.
• Manage delivery and collection of additional beds to guest rooms as needed.
• Obtain guest supplies from general stores and distribute within the Housekeeping department.
• Collect bottled water from general stores and supply it to pantries.
• Report maintenance needs to Supervisors immediately.
• Notify Linen Supervisor of any improper use of Food & Beverage linens and staff uniforms.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the linen room at all times.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by superiors diligently.

Qualifications and Skills

• Vocational certification in Housekeeping is preferred.
• Previously worked in hotel housekeeping departments.
• Proficient command of English and strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy is advantageous.
