Job Overview
We are in search of enthusiastic and energetic sales professionals who excel in delivering exceptional customer service and providing innovative solutions to our guests. This opportunity is offered at Park Rotana & Park Arjaan Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all administrative duties for the sales office by maintaining an orderly, systematic, and current filing system to facilitate easy access and prevent data loss.
- Draft and prepare offer letters for the sales team, update the sales database ensuring all data is carefully reviewed before approval.
- Generate correspondence, including letters, memos, and faxes on behalf of the Director of Sales and other executives.
- Maintain prompt and accurate tracking for all correspondence and follow-ups.
- Address all incoming calls and guest inquiries when the sales team is unavailable, directing urgent matters to appropriate personnel.
- Complete and submit the monthly sales report punctually.
- Ensure all sales-related communications and offers are dispatched within 24 hours.
- Communicate effectively across all organizational levels, handling the administrative pressures of a dynamic workplace.
- Ensure all office equipment is well-maintained and encourage responsible equipment use.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should possess a college diploma along with relevant prior experience. Strong computer proficiency and excellent English language skills are mandatory, while knowledge of additional languages will be advantageous.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate courtesy, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while working independently. A motivated self-starter with a positive outlook, lateral thinking skills, initiative-taking capability, and an outgoing, friendly demeanor is preferred.
