Internship Trainee

About the Role

Muthoot Finance is inviting fresh graduates to join as Interns supporting various branch operations. Candidates should be between 21 and 24 years of age and have completed regular graduation (2024 onwards), excluding B.Tech, LLB, distance, or open universities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers with enquiries and support KYC documentation and record maintenance at branches.
• Deliver customer support and orient clients about services.
• Conduct in-house cross-selling of the product portfolio within the branch premises.
• Make interest collection calls, update customers via calls, and perform some backend branch tasks.
• Identify potential leads, pitch services to clients, and maintain all aspects of customer relationships.

Openings are available at multiple locations across Kolkata and surrounding areas including B.T. Road, Durgapur, Sodepur, Barrackpore, Madhyam Gram, Baruipur, Burdwan, Sinthee More, Beliaghata, Kanchrapara, Birati, Shyam Bazar, Arambagh, Rajarhat-Atghara, Bankura, Kamarhatti, Kaikhali, Sajirhat, Habra, Kestopur, Asansol Hutton Road, Chakdah, Ashok Nagar, Bangaon North 24 Parganas, Dakshin Barasat, Memari, Ghattakpukur, Maslandpur, Ranaghat North 24 Parganas, Bishnupur Bankura, Burnpur Extension Neamatpur, Lake Town Extension Ultadanga, Phoolbagan, Kasba Ramlal Bazar Extension Picnic Garden, Gopalnagar, and Duttapukur.

Compensation

The internship offers a stipend of INR 10,000 per month.

Eligibility

Applicants must be recent graduates (2024 batch) from regular degree programs, with no eligibility for B.Tech, LLB, distance or open university graduates. Both males and females within the age bracket of 21 to 24 years can apply.
