Overview
CodeQuery is seeking a dedicated AI Engineer to enhance the intelligence and automation capabilities of its SERQ V2 product. This full-time position based in Patna, Bihar focuses on designing and implementing sophisticated AI agent systems tailored to various business applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop the core AI Brain powering SERQ.
- Create specialized AI agents for diverse domains such as CRM, sales, customer support, booking, operations, marketing, and analytics.
- Construct multi-agent orchestration workflows aligned with distinct business requirements.
- Seamlessly integrate AI agents with SERQ's APIs, databases, and operational processes.
- Build dependable AI-driven automation and decision support platforms.
- Continuously enhance AI system performance concerning cost efficiency, latency reduction, and reliability.
- Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies and incorporate relevant innovations into the product.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
- Proven proficiency in Python programming.
- Hands-on expertise working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI technologies.
- In-depth understanding of AI Agent architectures and multi-agent system orchestration.
- Experience with agent routing, delegation processes, handoffs, and workflow management.
- Skilled in tool/function calling and API integrations.
- Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, and vector databases.
- Competence in context and memory management within AI systems.
- Familiarity with methods for agent evaluation, setting guardrails, and fallback strategies.
- Practical experience utilizing AI frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, OpenAI Agents SDK, or comparable platforms.
- Background in backend development including REST APIs and database management, specifically PostgreSQL.
- Experience with version control using Git and containerization technologies like Docker.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The role demands an AI Product Engineer with substantial hands-on involvement beyond prompt engineering. Candidates should demonstrate a logical approach to AI agent development encompassing business use case analysis, agent design, orchestration, tool and API integration, data validation, and resultant actions. Proven delivery of production-level multi-agent AI projects and a strong GitHub portfolio are highly desirable.
