Role Overview

The Senior Solution Engineer collaborates closely with the Account Executive to drive revenue by owning opportunities technically throughout the sales cycle. Success in this position requires a blend of technical and business expertise, with the ability to convey and showcase our solutions effectively to diverse audiences while fostering robust relationships during the entire sales process. This position is located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with some travel expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support sales activities proactively, delivering compelling value propositions.
• Analyze customer business needs in depth to identify sales opportunities.
• Translate strategic business issues into UiPath technology solutions.
• Present high-level solutions tailored to client requirements during deal negotiations.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and integrate them with UiPath products.
• Facilitate end-user adoption via events, training sessions, webinars, and workshops.
• Coordinate with customer delivery and professional service teams to implement solutions.
• Engage in marketing efforts by writing blogs, speaking at events, and participating in industry forums.
• Provide industry insights that align with clients’ business goals.
• Lead technical engagements throughout the sales process efficiently managing multiple opportunities.
• Keep updated on relevant technology trends, industry developments, and presales practices.
• Demonstrate creativity and innovation in designing solutions.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in customer-facing roles, account management, or strategic consulting.
• A solid technical background with hands-on experience in digital technology domains.
• Driven by outcomes with a results-focus mindset.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter attitude with proactive and innovative approaches fostering customer loyalty.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, adept at building internal and customer relationships.
• Ability to remain composed, tactful, and diplomatic under pressure.
• Team-oriented with adaptability to fast-paced settings.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, both spoken and written, is mandatory.
• Experience with UiPath or other automation platforms is preferred.
• Background with test automation tools constitutes an advantage.
