Role Overview

As a Quality Inspector within the Consumer Goods Division, reporting to the Inspector Team Leader or Operations Manager, you will be an integral member of the Operations team focused on delivering top-tier inspection services. Your key responsibility is conducting meticulous on-site quality inspections of client products, ensuring compliance with QIMA’s standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Consistently check daily emails for inspection documentation.
• Attend assigned inspections punctually and maintain professional communication with suppliers.
• Conduct thorough inspection of merchandise in accordance with company protocols.
• Oversee proper loading of containers to adhere to established procedures.
• Complete inspection reports accurately and within designated timelines.

Required Qualifications and Attributes

• Holder of a college diploma or degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum three years of experience specialising in Hardlines product inspections.
• Proficient understanding of Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) criteria alongside critical safety and quality regulations.
• Effective communication skills in spoken and written English.
• Exceptional attention to detail coupled with strong ethical standards.
