Role Overview

The Planning Supervisor will support the operations department by assisting front-line auditor teams with administrative matters, verifying audit orders, and preparing audit protocols in accordance with company and client requirements. The position requires maintaining internal databases and facilitating effective communication between field auditors and the New Delhi office.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to auditor teams on operational issues.
• Validate audit orders received from clients ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Develop audit protocols leveraging company procedures and client specifications.
• Manage and update internal audit-related databases diligently.
• Coordinate daily operational matters with field auditors and local office personnel.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree with strong proficiency in English.
• 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience demonstrating excellent communication skills.
• Competency with computer systems and ability to learn quickly.
• Self-motivated and eager to develop professionally.
