Role Overview and Key Responsibilities
- Operate various grinding machinery proficiently, including surface, cylindrical, and centerless grinders.
- Interpret technical documents such as blueprints, work orders, and detailed drawings accurately.
- Understand different types of grinding wheels, abrasives, and appropriate dressing methods for optimal performance.
- Maintain physical endurance to stand for extended durations and maneuver heavy materials safely.
- Demonstrate excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity essential for precise grinding work.
- Adhere strictly to established workplace safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Manage environments that involve hazardous substances or challenging conditions responsibly.
